Keeping it off
is a different job
to losing it.

Not a fitness app. It reads your watch overnight, then sets the protein, the training and the food that keep the weight where you put it.

What happens overnight

One plan,
rebuilt every night.

Three things happen while you are asleep. None of them need you.

7h 48m asleep · HRV 42ms · resting heart rate 50

It reads the night

Recovery and resting heart rate against your own baseline, so the plan fits the week you are having.

One session, four meals, two supplements. One day.

It writes the day

Protein, training and food written together, not by three separate apps.

Dotted is what it planned. Solid is what it did.

It changes its mind

Two sessions missed, so next week got easier instead of heavier.

One day, start to finish

This is what it does
while you get on with it.

Overnight

It starts with the night you actually had.

Deep, core and REM read straight off your watch. Short nights are when appetite wins, so the plan knows about it before you do.

06:41

The day is decided before you are awake.

Protein set, training sized, meals written. All of it settled by the time you pick the phone up, so there is no decision left to talk yourself out of.

09:00

Two supplements, not twenty.

A Cytoplan pack matched to you, posted monthly, each one timed to the meal it belongs with. The app watches the weeks that follow, so anything not earning its place gets dropped.

Training

The session is written, then watched.

Two or three short sessions a week, progressed slowly enough that you keep doing them in month ten. Point the camera at yourself and it checks the depth.

Meals

Food sized to the day you are having.

A week built from what you already like, with the protein high enough to protect your muscle and the volume high enough to fill you up. Swap anything in a tap.

19:00

Then it cooks it with you.

Every meal stepped out with a timer on each stage and the exact weights, on the phone or read out on the watch.

It starts with the night you actually had.

Questions

Why do people put weight back on after losing it?+

Three things usually happen at once. Muscle was lost alongside the fat, so the body burns less at rest. Appetite returns, and returns strongly. And the routine that produced the loss was never built to be kept. Regain is a predictable result of those three, not a failure of willpower.

How much protein do I need to keep the muscle I have?+

Most people holding a large loss do well between 1.6 and 2.2g per kilogram of bodyweight a day, spread across the day rather than loaded into one meal. VitaOS sets your number and builds meals that actually reach it.

How do I stop losing muscle while losing weight?+

Enough protein and enough resistance training. Those two together are what tell the body to keep muscle and give up fat instead. Cardio alone, in a large deficit, tends to cost you both.

Is strength training or cardio better for keeping weight off?+

Strength training protects the muscle that keeps your resting burn up, so it does more for holding weight off. Cardio is still worth doing for your heart. The useful answer is both, in a ratio that fits your week.

How long does weight take to stabilise?+

Appetite and energy usually take several months to settle after a large loss, and some people notice it for longer. That window is where most regain happens, which is why the routine matters more in month six than in month one.

What do I do when my appetite comes back?+

Plan for it rather than fight it. Higher protein and higher volume food keep you fuller on the same calories, and having the meal already decided removes the moment where you negotiate with yourself.

How much does VitaOS cost?+

The app is £4.99 a month. £44.99 a month adds a supplement pack matched to you and posted monthly. No minimum term, cancel from inside the app.
